Location Information:    The Professional Building is located at 108 W Main St, in the heart of Downtown Sun Prairie, WI.  This unique building has experienced 100% occupancy for the past 25 years and has been a staple in the community for the last 100 years.  The positive occupancy of this building is attributed to this 20,000 sq ft site's highly visible, easily accessible location.  Located at the major lighted intersection corner of Main Street and Bristol Street, also known as "Main and Main".  there is a total car count of approximately 25,000 vehicles per day going 25 miles per hour past the entrance doors.  This site is also minutes away from a brand new High School and 1/2 block from a proposed 112 unit senior housing project.
